Our purchasing policy

To order any of the products on our site, you can either email us (winetours@hotmail.com), telephone us on (02) 6231 6997 or contact our mobile 0408 626 918 or fax us on (02) 6231 6081. Delivery charges apply. Please contact us for details of our current charges.

As we are distributors and operate from a warehouse, all wines must be ordered by the dozen (either a straight dozen or a mixed dozen). From time to time other arrangements may be made for fortified wine sales or wine sold in bulk containers.

A delivery charge of $12 a case applies to Canberra and suburbs. A total charge of $20 applies to orders exceeding one case. Areas outside of Canberra are subject to quotation.

Unfortunately at this stage we cannot complete orders from outside of Australia.

We hope to have direct internet orders in the near future.

PLEASE NOTE: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute wines of equal value if supplies of the requested item(s) are not available.
