Do you enjoy home dining? Remember the good old days when people entertained at home? When a home cooked dinner was something to take time over with family and good friends? Where attention was paid to fresh available produce and preparation included knowledge, experience, love and care?
Well you can return to those times with our Sunset Dinner Party Club - a club especially created for those people who enjoy good food, good wine and good company. And without the need to go out to achieve it!
There are many options to consider in having a Dinner Party. The ones listed below are a guide only and include:
Package No.1 "The do it yourself option"
If you enjoy cooking - design the meal and discuss it with us so we can match the wines for you. Put a price on your Dinner (if you wish to ask your guests to contribute to the costs) and we will add our price for some lovely local and regional boutique wines.
Then select a date and time and mail out your invitations. We will do the receipting and final acceptances list.
Then simply prepare your meal on the day - serve and enjoy - with your guests. We will attend and assist with serving the wines and provide some tasting tips.
Package No.2 "Half and half option "
Perhaps you enjoy cooking but want some help and advice with designing a menu, selecting fresh produce or choosing your wines and even how to invite your guests?
We can contribute as much as you would like on a consultancy basis. Just ask us for a quote.
Package No.3 "Let us do it all for you option"
Let us design the meal - purchase the produce - use your kitchen and utensils - to prepare the meal. And our staff will also serve the meal and clean up afterwards!
We can even assist with the invitations (design/printing), the mail out and rsvp's, not forgetting the matching and provision of the wines.
Regardless of the option you choose, you will need to:
setadate, a time and a venue
maintain a budget
establish a price (if asking guests to contribute) that takes into consideration, food, wine and maybe consultancy fees
draw up a list of invitations and mail out with an RSVP date (at least several weeks prior to the event) and
ensure that you have adequate seating, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
NOTE: wecan mix and match services and design a special Dinner to suit your needs.
Theme nights, anniversaries, birthdays, re-unions, promotions, retirements, engagements, holidays, graduations - whatever the celebration - we can design, create, prepare and serve a Dinner for you at any time of the year for any reasonable budget.
