As a small business we do not and cannot compete on price with our larger counterparts. We will never say that "we beat or match any price"; we realistically cannot do that. However, we will do our utmost to give you a fair price, our best service and value for money at all times. If you are unhappy with any product or service you receive from us, please, in the first instance, contact us and speak to us about your concerns.
Under no circumstances do we accept orders for purchases of any of our products or services from persons under the age of 18 years. Under the ACT Liquor Act (December 2010) it is illegal to supply for sale or consumption, liquor to minors.
Any information that you provide to us when buying from us will be treated as confidential. We do not pass on or supply your personal details to any third party.
All purchases must be made by telephone or internet using VisaCard or MasterCard. Card details are not kept by us for security reasons unless you are a Wine Club Member or a frequent customer - and in either instance we will ask you first for your permission to retain such information. In the future we may organise electronic banking facilities.
We only sell within Australia and at this stage do not in the near future envisage selling overseas or making our products and services available for overseas purchase.
By purchasing any product or service from us or by registering on our email listing, you agree to abide by our policies and to respect the privacy of all transactions, dealings and agreements entered into with us.
If at any time you wish to be taken off our email list please just politely let us know and asap we will delete your name. We do not have an automated service as yet for this facility.
